AdminsCube was born out of frustration with agencies that charge premium rates for campaigns they barely understand.
We were running NDIS SIL operations across Sydney — managing houses, coordinating support workers, dealing with participant families at all hours — and every marketing agency we hired couldn't tell us what SIL stood for.
So we learned Meta ads ourselves. Built lead forms with NDIS-specific qualification questions that actually screened for SIL funding status. Started running Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent keywords at 3am because that's when families search. Within 30 days we filled three vacancies at $22 per lead.
